The Cocoon is situated in the southern part of Herdade da Comporta (parcela 105) in the interior zone. The pine forest is right next to Carvalhal beach and Pego beach.

If you are going on the freeway, follow A2 road and get out on the exit to Grândola. Get the highway of Sines and after 6km turn right to Comporta/Tróia (The road signs are easy to understand), Continue to go straight ahead, and after 12 km you'll pass the small village of Muda, and after 2km, you'll see to your right the plaque of TURISMO RURAL, and the placard of Cocoon Lodges.Follow straight ahead on the dirt road, and you'll arrive.

In Comporta

If you go to Cocoon from Troia (by boat) or from Alcácer do Sal (freeway) after passing Comporta you should carry on South.

On the crossing of Carvalhal, keep going ahead (on the way to Grandola), after 2km, you'll find the Melides Crossing, go straight ahead (on the way to Grândola), and after 2km turn left (and you'll find a dirt road with a sign saying Turismo Rural.
